Welcome. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website and any associated services (the “Site”), including the purchase of tickets for events operated by CODA Entertainment LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Site or purchasing tickets, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any applicable policies, rules, or guidelines referenced herein.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Ticket Purchases

All ticket sales are processed on behalf of event providers, including venues, artists, and promoters (“Event Providers”). We do not control seating arrangements unless explicitly stated.

Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, or counterfeit and will not be honored.

It is your responsibility to confirm your order upon purchase. We are not responsible for errors due to incorrect contact or payment information.

No Refunds or Exchanges

All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, illness, or dissatisfaction with the event.

Event Changes & Artist Lineup

All event details, including artists, performers, set times, and schedule, are subject to change without notice.

No specific artist or performer is guaranteed to appear. Artist cancellations, substitutions, or shortened performances may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued due to any lineup or schedule changes.

 

Weather Policy

This is an outdoor event and will take place rain or shine.

Event operations may be delayed, paused, modified, or terminated early due to weather conditions or safety concerns at the sole discretion of CODA Entertainment LLC, venue management, or local authorities.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued due to weather-related impacts, including partial or shortened performances.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, acts of God, government orders, labor disputes, artist cancellations, or public safety concerns.

In such cases, the event may be modified, postponed, or canceled without refund except where required by law.

Alcohol Consumption & Responsibility

Alcohol may be available for purchase at the event. By attending, you agree:

• You must be 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol

• Valid identification is required

• You will consume alcohol responsibly

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual at any time.

You assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption, and CODA Entertainment LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damage, or incident related to alcohol use.

VIP Tasting & Alcohol Liability

Certain ticket types may include access to whiskey tastings or sampling areas (“Tasting Areas”).

By accessing these areas, you acknowledge and agree:

• You must be 21 years of age or older

• Valid government-issued ID is required

• Access may be revoked at any time

Alcohol is provided by independent, licensed third-party vendors, and CODA Entertainment LLC does not directly serve alcohol.

Assumption of Risk

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with alcohol consumption, including impairment, injury, illness, or damage to persons or property.

You are solely responsible for your behavior and decisions while under the influence.

Texas Liability Notice

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CODA Entertainment LLC from any claims arising out of your consumption of alcohol or actions taken while under the influence.

Safe Transportation

You agree not to operate a vehicle while impaired and to arrange safe transportation.

CODA Entertainment LLC is not responsible for any incidents related to impaired driving.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to refuse service, deny access, or remove any attendee who appears intoxicated or unsafe. No refunds will be issued.

Event Conduct & Admission

Attendees must comply with all event rules and applicable laws.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any individual for disorderly, unsafe, or non-compliant behavior without refund.

You and your belongings may be subject to search upon entry.

Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that attendance at a live event involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, or property damage.

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event.

​

Waiver of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, you waive and release CODA Entertainment LLC and its affiliates from any claims arising from your attendance, including those resulting from ordinary negligence, except where prohibited by law.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

BY ATTENDING THIS EVENT, YOU ARE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE FOR CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF CODA ENTERTAINMENT LLC.

Health & Safety Compliance

You agree to comply with all health and safety requirements imposed by CODA Entertainment LLC, the venue, or local authorities.

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

​

Photography & Recording

This is a public event. By attending, you grant permission to CODA Entertainment LLC and its partners to use your likeness in any media without compensation.

​

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for travel costs, delays, lost items, or personal injury unless required by law.

Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for your ticket.

​

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

​

Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CODA Entertainment LLC.

If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
